To access your Jackbit account, open the site on a PC or laptop and click the login button in the top-right corner. Enter the email (or username) and password you used at registration, then confirm the sign-in step if the site asks for a verification code.
On mobile, the same login works through a browser: tap the menu icon, choose “Log in,” and enter your details. Jackbit requires an active account to use the personal area—without registration you can’t view your balance, manage deposits and withdrawals, or change security settings.
Open Jackbit in a fresh browser tab, hit Log in, and enter your email/username and password. If it hangs, turn off VPN/ad-block for that session, then refresh and try again.
Re-type it manually with caps lock off and check you’re using the same email/username you signed up with. If it still fails, use “Forgot password” and reset it from the email link.
Jackbit supports standard email/username login, and some accounts use a wallet-style sign-in depending on how you registered. If you don’t see a social or wallet button on the login screen, your account is set up for email/username.
Make sure your phone’s time is set to automatic, then generate a new code in your authenticator app and try again. If you lost the authenticator, use the site’s 2FA recovery flow (if shown) or contact support from the help widget to verify the account and reset 2FA.
Jackbit keeps you signed in only if your browser allows cookies and you’re not using private/incognito mode. If it keeps logging out, enable cookies for the site and avoid clearing site data between sessions.
Jackbit blocks access from restricted jurisdictions, so the login won’t work from those locations. If you’re traveling, try again from a permitted region using your normal connection and account details.
